THS Band Coke Fundraiser

Dates:                       *October 30^th – November 9^th

                                 *All money and forms are due November 9^th

                                 *Delivery date is Saturday, November 21st  - After the Parade (12:00PM – 3:00PM)

*If we do not sell 600 total cases, delivery will be Monday, November 23^rd

Price:                       *ALL cases sell for $22.00

        *We make more profit on the Carbonated Drinks and Water

Profit:                       *We make approximately $6 - $7 per case

         *100% of the profit goes into your trip account.

                                 *If you are not going on this year’s trip, the money earned can be used for next year’s trip.

Forms:                       *There are extra forms available in the Band Hall

                                  *Forms will be posted on the web site too

          *Read the order form carefully.

Over the past few years, 99% of our problems with this fundraiser have been caused by people not picking up their product on the assigned day.  In order to help eliminate these problems…

**ANY PRODUCTS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DELIVERY DATE WILL BE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE BAND.**

The delivery date is the same day as the Tomball Holiday Parade (a required performance) so this should not be an issue.  However, if you are not able to pick up the products, please make arrangements for someone to pick them up for you.  Storing products at the school until the next week is not a viable option.
