4:20PM                Clarinet, Bass Clarinet, and Trombone Uniform Issue

4:30PM                Flute and Horn Uniform Issue

4:40PM                Trumpet and Percussion Uniform Issue

5:00PM                 Full Band Meeting in Band Hall

5:30PM                 Depart for Klein Stadium (at Klein HS)

7:30PM                 Kick Off

10:00PM               Approximate time game is over

11:00PM               Approximate arrival in Tomball

11:15PM               Officer Meeting / Clean Band Hall Area

                             Drum Majors Dismiss Officers

• Please remember everything you need for your uniform, including black socks, band shoes, Theme T-Shirt, gloves, wrist band, shako box, TCP water jug etc.

• Remember we enter the stands at attention without talking, and stand at Parade Rest until a Director or Drum Major tells you to sit down.

• When you place your shako box in the stadium, it should only have your flip folder in it.

• Remember we DO NOT take food or drinks into the stands.

• While in the stands, everyone needs to be ready to play at all times.

• All restroom breaks in the stands must be cleared with the Brass, Woodwind, or Percussion Lieutenants.

• Each student is to sit on the logo on the bleacher cover. 

• Please remember that you represent your school, band, and family every time we are in public.  Be sure to control your actions and words thusly.

• All students are expected to stay until the game is over.  All extenuating circumstances must be cleared with a Director prior to game day.
